Feelings really are important.
You reap what you sow. This is one of the most powerful laws in the universe. Both eastern religions and Christianity embrace this law. Galatians 6:7 says you reap what you sow. That means you harvest what you plant. If you plant corn, you will harvest corn. You won’t harvest pumpkins or squash.
Most career coaches and life coaches say this law is absolutely essential for good relationships, success in your career, sports and just about anything you endeavor to do.
If you are thinking negative thoughts, you will end up with sad, negative feelings. If you think negative thoughts, you are planting negative seeds. That means more negative thoughts will grow from that one thought. If you plant negative actions such as being angry at someone, or unkind to a person, you will have that come back to you in some way.
If you think positive thoughts, it will bring positive thoughts into your mind, which will bring positive, happy emotions and events and situations.
Taking an action is like planting a seed. If your action is bad, it will bring bad back to you. If your action is good, it will bring good back to you.
Saying unkind or angry things will bring bad back to you. Speaking kind, loving words will bring good back to you.
Rhonda Byrne: “When you are feeling good, save those moments and think about them, concentrate on them. Be aware that as you are feeling good you are powerfully attracting more good things to you.”
Jack Canfield said: “Our feelings are a feedback mechanism to us about whether we’re on track or not, whether we’re on course or off course.”
Byrne: “Remember that your thoughts are the primary cause of everything.”
Your feelings are a feedback mechanism. Your feelings tell you what is going on in your mind and your subconscious mind. If your feelings are sad, angry, discouraged or fearful, it means you are thinking thoughts that causes those kinds of feelings.
The next time you are bad or feeling any negative emotion listen to the signal you are receiving from your subconscious mind. In that moment you are blocking your own good from coming to you because you are on a negative frequency.
Change your thoughts and think about something good and when the good feelings start to come you will know it was because you shifted yourself onto a new frequency.

That’s why people, if they stub their toe when they get out of bed in the morning tend to spiral into a worse mood. The whole day goes like that. They have no clue that a simple shifting of their emotions can change their entire day and life. If you start out having a good day and you’re in that particular happy feeling as long as you don’t allow something to change your mood you’re going to continue to attract by The Law of Attraction more situations, circumstances or people that sustain that happy feeling. We all have days or times when one thing after another goes wrong The Chain Reaction began with one bad thought whether you aware of it or not.”
If you get out of bed and stub your toe you can still choose to be happy. Think happy thoughts or repeat positive affirmations (Bible verses work great for that). Your mood will improve and it will help put you on track for being joyful for the rest of the day.
