We have heard of glass ceilings, an invisible barrier that prevents people from moving up the corporate ladder. However, we all have invisible barriers that prevent us from having better relationships, career success, prosperity and other success.

Scientists put a Spanish Mackerel in a fish tank with a Barracuda, but they put a glass partition between the two fish. The Barracuda saw the Mackerel and swam toward it, attempting to kill and eat it. But the Barracuda hit the glass partition and could not touch the Mackerel. It couldn’t see the piece of glass because it was transparent. This is much like what is preventing your success.
