Creation vs Evolution

Creation shows that there is a God, it could not have happened by chance. I’m an aerospace engineer and i work with some of the best scientists/engineers in the world. Almost all of them believe in God. Maybe it is because they can see that science proves there is a God. The mathematical probability of just one species of animal happening by chance shows it is virtually impossible. But there are millions of species which means it is even more unlikely that evolution created the world..
.
Also, there are millions of fossils, but not one of them shows a change from one species to another. that is proof that evolution is not true.
There are other scientific reasons for believing that creation proves there is a God. For example, the second Law of Thermodynamics show that things go from organized to disorganized unless some outside force (an intelligent force or person) organizes it.
